howsit guys. so i have finished my 10 week cycle about a a month ago, including pct. was on the beginners cycle that is recommended on the forum. i stopped injecting at 8 weeks due to nipples getting sore. i started my proviron and winstrol as instructed by another member. i have now finished my kessar etc about 3 weeks ago, and my nipples are still sore. what can i do to rectify this?

So you taking no gear and your PCT is done? If so and your nipples are not puffy, then do nothing it will go away by itself.

thats correct. nipples are puffy at times though

Is your nipples or area around bothering you? Ps, don't touch the area you will just agrovate it

nipples itself. feels like a lump underneath, almost like stonies again, but a little worse. very sore to touch, esp if i bump them. its been sore for awhile now and does not seem to be fading anytime soon? should i give it more time?

If you got a lump its there to stay, the only thing you can try is aromasin, so you don't experience and have any rebound estrogen effect. I don't believe in Letro to treat this, and feel you will cause more harm than good.

thanks. will give it a try. will the gino get worse? or will it remain the same with a small lump? what dosage of aromasin do you suggest i take? i dnt see any growth from the nipple area up to date. just the lump and flaring nipples.

20mg a day, and its gyno not gino. It won't get worse if you not on anything... However you going to need to do some proper planning next cycle as it is bound to get worse..

for what period should i take the aromasin for? can anybody tell me more info on aromasin? i know of letro. but not aromasin.
