High Blood Pressure on a Cycle - Help Needed! was created by Russtec
Hi All
My stats:
Age: 39
Weight: 89kg’s
Body Fat: 8.4%
Height: 1.8m
Cycle:
Masteron 150 – 1ml every second day (450mg/week)
Stanazol 50 – 1ml every second day (200mg/week)
Sustanon 250 – 1ml per week
Anavar 10 – 30mg everyday
Proviron20 – 40mg everyday
I have experience high blood pressure in the past week (been on the course for 3 weeks now). My BP was 145/65 and is normally around 118/60, so normally rather low. I was told that the Systolic is high and that is not too much of a problem, but I must keep an eye on it. I am just concerned because I get rather dizzy and it is a bit uncomfortable to feel like that. I need to know if I am in a heart attack/stroke range with this BP. I still have 7 weeks of my course to go but only 4 weeks of the masteron as I will be finishing that after week 7. I just introduced the Anavar this week.
Please if you are able to give me some advice on whether I must keep this going or if I must maybe drop the masteron dose to half that amount a week?
I don’t want to mess with my progress on this cycle by dropping to much but I also don’t want to mess with my health if I am at some kind of risk here.
Any advice will be much appreciated
Russ

Your blood pressure is never the same at any one instant. It normally fluccuates within a certain range.
Being on AAS will definately change your blood pressure parameters, sometimes a moderate change is seen or a very drastic and severe change is seen.
The increase in blood pressure is a side effect of the excesssively high estrogren which directly makes you hold onto high levels of water i.e. water bloat.
you can take anti-e's for this and you should then be able to manage your blood pressure this way --- do some research on this to make yourself more affay with this.

145 isn't too bad and your 65 shows how healthy your heart is, if I was you I would get some harthorne tea, and that should keep it in the 130's while on the cycle.. As much as you not using to much aromatising steroids, I would still throw in 2 drops of Adex a day.

The Adex will help the increase in BP caused by the Sustanon and the harthorne tea will help big time...
Ye, most health shops should have it...

I find its very fast acting, you can get a tea that contains hawthorn + green tea, etc. and I drink like 4-5 cups a day instead of the water for those cups, I find my urine stays very clear, I get sick less, my blood pressure stays low, have nice energy..
Get a BP monitor and test, however I find it really only active for around 1 and a half hours.. However if you train in the evenings, make sure you do cardio, as that will drop it nicely afterward too, just a brisk walk, 5.5 at 10degree incline for 20 min.

I had sky high BP on my 1st test cycle. The exertion headaches were so bad I had to sit in the locker room for 20mins waiting for it to subside before continuing my workout. On the second cycle I followed Pumps advice and did regular cardio (just 15 mnins on the eliptical after every 2nd W/O). BP was no problem this time round. Different ppl rspond to different remedies but for me the cardio worked like a charm.

It is probably why Dorian reccomends 3 x 20-30min cardio sessions a week on a mass gaing cycle
