i assume you are talking about Anapolon? Post up your stats: age weight diet cycle history (if any) and goals and maybe we can help you.. IF it is 'anapolon' please don't do it, it is a very potent oral steroid that is not for first timers or oral only cycles..

Well look at anadrol similar to dianabol, so would you use dinanabol by itself? no. So you wouldn't you anadrol by itself either.. So use it to kick start a test + deca cycle..

Is the Deca in a 10ml vial or is it per 'amp' if its a vial then do the following

2 X Sustanon 250 per week
1 + 1/2 of Deca per week
50mg Anadrol for 4 weeks

Then read the PCT section as to when to start your recovery
