Health warning for first time gear users:
I have been training consistently for the past 6 years, so I am not new to training. However, I am on my first cycle of AAS and it is all going great except for the injuries I got from pushing myself probably too hard. LOL - so be warned - sometimes AAS works too well! :woohoo:

I think i understand what your saying but then again you need to use common sense also.
you cant just expect to go on AAS and in week 1 expect to push 50-100kg extra. increasing your muscle power takes time, even when on gear.

Yeah that happens to guys who change their training. You can't go from HIT in the 8-15 range pre cycle to max-ot on cycle and not expect to fuck your joints up

I totally agree. As a first time user you will put on a shit load of muscle very quickly but you must remember that your bones and joints take a long time to adjust to this added muscle and heavier weights.

Very true Etwa, whilst pushing the weights, it certainly did not feel like I am "over doing" it... Sure thing, my strength increased nicely, so I am pushing accordingly, but what I did not realize is the day after effects…. and I am not talking about the, no pain no gain, thing…
