Hi guys. Where do you guys buy L carnitine and how much is recommended to take when? I guess you buy from a pharmacy but what brand do you suggest and more or less what is the pricetage?

Erm...this probably belongs in the Supplements section :dry:

I use these guys - fortifood.co.za/products-page/nutritiona...rnitine-250mg-x-120/ - their prices are always competitive. Recommended dosage in the link too.
