pre workout supplentation

i have been on Jacked3D for 3 months now , i get great focus and lasting energy but i havnt noticed any real strength gains.
so my body doesnt get used to the supplement im starting N.O RAGE in 2 weeks ,will changing the supplement help in anyway aka strength gains while keeping the focus and energy levels or am i just using the wrong supplementation ?

pre workouts dont really look to address great strength gains in my opinion. They help with getting you to the gym hyped, they help with extreme focus and energy during workouts, whatever strength gains you may get may be from the low level of creatine that the pre workout contains or the fact that you are able to do more reps because of the more intense focus the product gives you resulting in you becomming a bit stronger.

bottom line dont expect pre workouts to boost your strength but rather your energy levels.

also, imo no jacked is better than no rage (discussed previously here)

For strength gains I would suggest nutrition to play a much bigger role and once you are ready AAS.

Jack and No-Rage are pretty similar in my opinion, probably go with jack though in terms of energy. I just like the shirt and Gary Strydom DVD that comes with NO Rage. Gary Strydom is my all time favourite Bodybuilder and his DVDs are really good - similar to Jay Cutler's A-Z.
