Hey all,

New to the forum just thought i'd introduce myself!

Been training for roughly 6months, large portion of that has been in powerlifting.

Have put on about 3-4kgs since i started. Have only used Jack3d, whey and BCAA's as supplements so far.
I have a diet that i haven't started yet but probably should :P

I want to reach a goal weight of 75kgs at 10%bf and learn a hell of a lot more about gear and training in general before i hopefully cycle within the next 1-2 years depending on how far i feel i have come!

Current stats:

Age - 20
Height- 5ft7"
Weight-69.5kgs
BF%- 14%

So thats me right now! Happy to have joined the forum ;)

thanks for the great welcome :)

i was preping for a comp this weekend acctualy but i got sick 3 weeks ago and havnt been able to train till yesterday , meeting my coach tonight to see how i do but im not optomistic that i would be much of an opponent for this meet

my powerlifting training has been secondary to my bodybuilding which im more into , i only do once a week powerlifting training and 4 days bodybuilding.

my diet right now wouldnt be considered great (too much bread) but i havnt started my proper diet , i would post it but i bought it from a PT and he like his discretion

@Sir welcome bud, knowledge is power and glad you're here to learn, as we all are. The most important thing is diet. Once that's in order you're good to go. Just remeber this is a lifestyle!!

That is what makes a bodybuilder a true bodybuilder, and that is to be simply.....

Smart choice with waiting till you know enough about gear and actually understanding how to build muscle.. It has nothing to do with gear.. enjoy your stay.
