Zuzana stuff is cool for some but most women can't get anywhere near her strength or technique and will struggle to do her workouts properly and safely.
Your CNS will get fatigued very quickly and your body will more than likely start to protect itself and store fat and burn muscle.
You want to have a smarter not harder approach to your training.

Your calorie intake will determine what you should and shouldn't be doing, if you are cutting down then your calories will be restricted meaning that it will generally take your body longer to recover for too much high intensity training.
Zuzanas works out are almost HIIT in themselves anyway, they are short and intense. Without knowing your skill level its hard to say if her workouts are right for you as well. For example burpees for most athletic people are a hard exercise to do with good form let alone people just starting out...so I do have hesitations over her training.
I'm not sure what the UFC training stuff you follow is either...I'm presuming it's more of a cardio/shadow boxing/taebo style of workout? maybe I'm wrong.
I would suggest 2 mornings a week of steady state (30min) cardio, 1 morning of (8-15min) HIIT, and 2 afternoons of bodyweight (30-45min) training to start with, especially if you're not able to go to gym or dont have access to equipment.
Don't do too much too soon...build it up and allow your body to adapt, injuries will follow very quickly if you jump straight into too hectic a schedule.
That is 5 days a week training, your body will be able to recover nicely on that schedule providing you get your diet right.
