Hi guys I'm currently in week 3 of my cycle which consists of testoviron deca dbol and proviron. 30 mg of dbol for 4 weeks...500 mg of test for 14 weeks...300 mg of deca for 12 weeks (will increase deca dose to 400 mg after week 4)...proviron through out the course. What do you guys think of the cycle...would you change anything??? As for the pct it will include clomid kessar and ovidrel but I need help when to stop the proviron and when tostart the pct....thanks for all the help guys!

I believe you can run proviron until the day before you begin pct, you will have to work out the half life of the longest acting ester in your cycle, so you would probably have to start pct earliest at 45 days after your last deca pin...

but wait and see if any of the more experienced guys have anything to say

U can start pct 24 days after ur last test inj.

Stop proviron a day before pct

Won't those waiting periods to start pct be to long?I was advised by some known bodybuilders to start 14 days after last test shot that means 28 days after last deca shot

I would wait longer,the deconate ester is a long ester,between cyp and equipoise so I think its 13days,so I would wait 39days for pct...

This is how i see it.

So deca 400mg dose a week
half -life 15 days
2x t-half life and 75% should be excreted. so after 30 days roughly 100mg of deca should be circulating. which is already low enough to start pct. So i would say actually u can start pct at 30 days.

Plus i took this also from a discussion a while back that the steroid use should reach a 100mg or less before starting pct.

Also when using a pct calculator it says starting pct roughly at 30 days in this scenario.

Alot of variables, especially the dose used.

Plus if u go with test e at 10.5 day half-life x3 = 31.5 days.
Deca at 15 day half-life x3 = 45 days - 14 days = 31 days

so 31 days after last test inj will be 100%

I get what you are saying, i was just going off of this www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/articles/info...9-post-cycle-therapy and www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/forum/5-post-...-to-pct-construction which are using deca 350 which has a 15 day half life, and at 3x t-half life it would make the pct commencing time 45 days

in admins pct construction guide "commence the first week of PCT when the longest acting injected drug's elimination curve has reached a value of 3 x t-half life"

I also just worked it out to 30 days as Fakey said. So 30 days and your good to go.

the 14 days are the extra 2 weeks. he is cycling deca for 12 weeks and test for 14 weeks. So after the last deca pin 14 days would have already past after his last test pin. So u can take that of the deca half-life then ur left with 31 days.

If you wait 45 days the Nandrolone would be at around 37.5mg in your system which is low'ish.

The whole idea of PCT is to catch the exo hormones at a optimal level and then build up natural production and in most body building circles its recommended that if the exo reaches around <100mg then PCT should commence.

This is best practise and I go for bloods after every single cycle and this has proved to be a very effective strategy.

So do yrl suggest I start pct 31 days after last test shot that's like 4 weeks after test and 6 weeks after deca shots...also what gains do yrl think I could gain?hoping to keep 70% + gains after pct

how many cycles have you done before christo? if you got a good diet you should have good gains, if you need help with diet i recommend getting hold of DJ he will sort your diet out! for a fee of course.

Okay I just done quick sums here. If you run 500mg Testen for 14 weeks and 400mg Deca for 12 weeks, then you can start PCT 23 days after your last Test shot.

Just follow this, I promise you it'll be 100% sharp
