hey guys, was in a bit of a tuff yesterday with one of the virgin active members. not going into detail but this resulted in them taking down our details and the GM will be phoning us today, a bit of a waste of time if you ask me.

got me wondering, have any of you guy been in a gym brawl before, with all that testosterone floating about in such a confined space its bound to happen right, share you story.

holding thumbs they dont ban me now :ohmy:

LOL, Always came close but during contest prep I did lose it a few times didn't actually hit the guy but grabbed him. When I worked at VA a good few years ago, there was a guy who hit someone at the gym he was banned for 2 years but that was because he was arrogant, all you need is witnesses for you sticking with your story, then there is conflicting evidence

ja didint moer him just grabbed him and I think at that point i realised its not worth it. still got sited though...Koe, i have 2 other guys confirming that this guy provoked me in doing it anyway, waving his finger in my face and "chooing" you white guys...bloody idiot, the issue wasnt even about race...

guy did throw a barbell through a 2 story VA window once when my mate was there, was amusing to hear :P and never actually had a rol at gym but been ridiculously close. I have the fuse of a tom thumb :/

We had one huge fight at our VA earlier in the year. Two MMA fighter taking out like six other guys.

It was epic! I've also come close but never to blows.

And FWIW I think the minute you get physical with a guy you should A) get thrown the fuck out and B) banned for life. Everyone's always a tough guy.

Does depend on the situation, Im usually very very placid but there are times on the road and in the gym where some idiot wants to be an idiot, suppose it's the diet talking damn I wish I could have a bar one:)

My gym is to small, i am 1 of the biggest guys in ther and the time i train i am the biggest guy ther. lol. So i dont look for kak and ppl dont look for kak with me.
Have seen some guys almost moering eachother, woulda been funny.
I work ther too so nah, me keeps my mouth shut,head down and train hard.

Owner has kakt me out before, dropping plates off the bar while i was training :P
but thats about it, he is the long hand of the law ther. haha

Surprisingly for a university gym I've never seen a brawl or even any heated arguements tbh not just in the gym but on the entire campus! Thats probably because if you get caught fighting you get kicked out + criminal charges will be filed. Inspite of all the young egos floating around the gym there's never been a time when I've even contemplated violence
