Help with next cycle please

trust you all well, its that time again to plane the next cycle. here are my stats

Age 36
height 1.76
weight 75kg
bf 7%
cycle history.... done a few cycles last one ended 6 months back and concisted of the following

week 1-4 d-bol 50mg/p-day
week 1-12 supertest 320 @ 1280mg/p-week (mondays and thursdays)
pct
HCG, clomid, nolvadex

now here is what i am planning to start next month, however need some advice on wether its good or not and how you guys could help me tweak it a bit...


week 1 - 4 d-bol 50mg/p-day
week 1 - 8 supertest 320 @1.25ml Monday, 1.25ml thursday
week 1 - 8 deca 300 @ 1ml Monday 1 ml Thursday
week 9 - 16 test prop @ 100ml eod
week 9 - 16 wisntrol @ 50mg/p-day

week 1 - 16 @ 100mg p-day ( not sure if this is the correct, need some help)
week 5 - 16 HCG @ 250iu eod (not sure if this is the correct, need some help)
week 1 - 16 anastrozole @ .02mg p-day

pct will start 2 days after last winstrol intake consisting of the following

clomid 2x50mg for 7 days
Ovidrel 250 2x10mcg for 24 days but only eod( meaning onlu 12 days of pinning) start day after Clomid
Aromisin @ 20mg p-day for a month starting after clomid
Nolvadex @ 20mg p-day for a month starting after clomid


and there you go guys any comment criticism will be appreciated

you need to run the deca and test for much longer than that, at least till week 13. You'll have to restructure your whole cycle now

8 weeks of winyy is not a good idea, not a good idea at all

Run the test till week 13 and deca till week 12 then run the prop and winny for another 4 weeks after that.

I'd also like to know what 100mg ed u talking about

now that i think about it you guys are dead on...with the test and deca having to be run for a bit longer, tx for that... think i was having a bad day in typing 2day

does that mean i start pct 4 weeks after the winny (due to the 54 day waiting period of super t and deca)

Ok cool

100mg proviron ed will be fine, the test prop u can start week 14 and same with winny. Run them till week 17 will be fine and then start pct week 18.

So the test p u stop 3-4 days before pct.

one last thing sorry bud, the HCG should i run it from day one or is it ok starting on week 5 till the end of cycle?

Week 5 is fine and u can even run it @ 250iu's every 3rd to 4th day. Depending on u and sensitivity to estrogenic side effects
