Loosing weight was created by john777
Okay, I am at the end of a year year battle to get from 30% BF to about 12%. Dont get out of shape!!! I want to loose a bit more weight before beginning with 00Pump's basic, oral only, cutting cycle for beginners next month. After that as soon as safety allows I want to do a Test only cycle with Dbol as a front load.

I have done this right thus far, loosing a shit load of weight "a la natural". I am thinking of going for ECA for the last stretch or Clen. ECA worked well for me a decade ago, so I am thinking why mess with something I know works. Any ideas?

Oh, and for the forthcoming wise cracks, I will source my stuff from somebody reputable.

first off, congrats on getting fown on the bf.
what are yout stats and post up your meal plan. also what is your meal plan going to be when on cycle?
never tried eca so cant comment there, all i do know is you need to cycle your eca and clen every 2 weeks.

lastly, not a big fan of oral only cycle...be prepared to loose any gains made if you dont stick to your diet and training program.

Okay, I am 93.5 kg, at 185 cm. I am about 12% bf. I lift weights four times a week, basically I am on a powerlifting program, where I deadlift, Bench Press and Squat. I through in shoulder press, upright rows, dips and curls. I also do a lot of bodyweight training, puss ups, pull ups and sit ups.

My diet is very, very strict. It is called the SLOW carb diet, basically I get all my carbs from vegatables and I eat vegatables four times a day. Zero Bread, zero patotos or rice, nothing. I take in only one gram of protein for every kg of weight, but that will change when I try to put on muscle. At this stage loosing fat and maintaining muscle is my only goal. I know the powerlifting routine is not best for burning fat, but I do 30 min of cardio every day.

The plan is to get well below 10% bodyfat before the Oral only cutting plan by Pump, when that is done and dusted, eating will change and THEN only when I am 7% bodyfat will I think about changing diet so I can add muscle.

Bud u don't need to only eat veg as a carb source,u are scared that carbs will make u fat,its not always the case, its the over use of carbs at the wrong times of the day, post up your daily meal plan, meal for meal, gram for gram so we can see,

Also I would shift over to a 4days split keeping reps between 8-12 in order to burn calories, maintain and even build more muscle, what type of cardio are u doing?

Thanks for taking the interest guys. Okay, I only eat four times a day. I dont really want to get into diet to much because bodybuilders tend to get quit agro about the subject, but I dont eat meat. The reasons are my own, but that is the fact of my life. I follow a 80% vegan diet, but I do eat eggs, but no dairy, thus no milk. Once a week I eat fish, this can be adjusted to every day, but I am undecided. I am not going to answer any quistions regarding why I dont eat meat, so please with all due respect from my side, dont ask. I know I cannot achieve what meat eaters can, but I am okay with that, I know however that I can still make good gains as I have done over the last year and a bit, where I have added a lot of muscle.

Morning meal.
3 eggs, mixed vegetables (one and a half cups), Beans (half a koo can) Proteins about 25g. I dont count the calories of VEG and beans anymore, as I have found I can eat as much as I want and still loose weight.

Afternoon meal.
Chick peas, Beans, Lentils, nuts for another 25g protein. Pumpkin, sweet patato and other complex carbs. Mixed Veg.

Smaller Afternoon meal, before training.
Pumpkin or other form of complex carbs. One and a half cups. 15 g protein, usually nuts and lentils.

Evening meal after training.
Beans, lentils, chick peas and soya, 25 g protein. Mixed vegatables.

I run for cardio, 30 minutes a day. I do 200 sit ups, 200 push ups, and 60 pull ups, every other day. I also train with weights four times a week.

Again thanks for the interest.

john, im going to let DJ take this one because he has more knowledge on how you could look to achive your goals using your particulars.

to be honest though its going to be tough getting bodybuilder gains in muscle if you dont eat meat (chicken, red meat). btw, fish is also a meat but you eat this???

If you are vegan you must eat allot of soya, and soya promotes estrogen, which i expect your pct should be a total stuffup! no way your oral course is going to help much!
can you say gyno!!!

OP I respect your wish for not being asked why you don't eat meat. Thankfully I have other questions:

-why do you eat eggs and not drink milk?
-in vegan school did they not cover that fish is, contrary to popula belief, meat?
-do you wear wooden/cotten/plastic shoes?
-do you use cologne/deoderant/medication?

Just a short and sweet reply will do, don't want to derail your thread

Sorry guys Apparently it is true, cause its happened to certain people already, so I’m not taking any chances !!

Lets just try to work with what I have written. I am not going to go into details about why I dont eat certain things, it is what it is. Deadgoat I know in what one finds animal products. Guys who eat fish is called pescatarians, so if one wants to be correct, that is what I am, although I only eat fish once a week.

I should probably spend my time on Vegan bodybuilding sites, but like you guys get a heart attack about the meat issue, they get a heart attack about the steroids issue. So what the hell do I do? Anyway, look at these pics, these guys are strickly Vegan and they dont use steroids, which I have and will use again. They are big enough for me. www.veganbodybuilding.com/?page=bio_avi

It is a longer and a harder road, gains are possible, very possible and the list of vegan or vegatarion sportsmen is long and includes Charl Lewis. I just want to maximise where I can given my 'handicap' and I dont want to go into reasons and why this and not that. If somebody has ideas, great, if not, that is cool.

Lol at you thinking that guy's natural, I'd be impressed to see a 48 year old juicer looking like that, but a vegan natural?! Are there rainbows and jumping castles int his world you live in?

Bro, maybe he lies, probably. My point is Vegan/Vegatarion bodybuilders are dead set against roids, they usually react very badly on those sites if you ask about it. I am not. One thing is sure, he does not lie about not eating meat, so I can look like him, good enough for me.
But as for not gaining any weight if you dont eat meat, a myth. As for soya and estrogen, 99% debunced, I have read all the studies and the latest ones say they dont.
This is not an argument I want to have, just want to maximise my training and diet and believe me, when I run a cycle of test, I can gain about 70% of what meat eaters can, that I know from prior experience. That is a fact written in stone.
