Just started to use clen again but it isn't working no side effects no increase in body temp. I use clen 6 months ago with very good results why is it not working? Should I stop and get some ketotifen and use it for a few weeks before I start the clen again?

Yes, your beta2 receptors are likely down regulated so use some ketotifen. Might take 4 weeks to start working again though.
