Good luck

I think this explains it pretty well. I'm quite an unpleasant doos when on Tren.Koe007 wrote: Tren is awesome, the best injectable ive used by far, but definitely a home wrecker as Vega so nicely put it. Moody, nightmares, evil thoughts, harsh on kidneys as well. Blood pressure, liver toxic. Only use for Contest prep, else I would rather use NPP. NPP Rocks, especially at week 4 for me.

that said you need a level head to use tren and everything the peeps have said rings true, evil thoughts etc etc.
i love tren and use it in almost 90% of my cycles , i must admit i suffer more on the long acting than the acetate .
in the end cycles should be a positive addition as far as possible in ones life , helping boosting confidence, drive, focus and libido. when the cycle starts to dictate my happiness and those around me its just not worth it imho
in your case i would stay away from tren for now
goodluck

Turner wrote: Morning guys now I have a new question my trainer told me that he does not want me to use Tren 100 as it is not right for me he would rather start me with Nomadlab Deca 100 and Noma Test Combo 300 also a Whey Protein and Crea pump pre workout please give me feed back if this is advisable.I will first gym for about another 3 months hard before I use it.
You are a newbie. Test only. And please leave the Nomad kak for other people.

chemically enhanced wrote: bru best advice is tell your trainer to fuck off, what do you need him for witht the internet you can search every exercise and watch videos on correct form, most of the trainers at my gym are in good shape but when i watch them training clients i feel sick, they do the same boring fucked up shit day after day and they dont even help with form, they stand there counting reps and checking chicks its pathetic for R300 odd rand for an hour and a half session, thats almost a bottle of test each time u decide to rent that monkey to watch u do fuckall
Agreed- The trainers in our gym counts the reps of their trainees but they don't look or care about form- just check and flex themselves in the mirrors the whole time.
Disgusted :pinch:
I would walk around all day and help guys with their form.

Thats good to hear. Keep him till you are comfortable. This is a lifestyle so do research yourself as well. JayCutler.com eg. Plenty instructional vids there. Youtube is flooded with DorianYates - blood and guts - training sessions etc. MuscularDevelopment has loads as well.
Another guy who likes teaching and explaining is KaiGreene. VERY informative. Join their FaceBook pages as well for updates.
Spend one weekend surfing the basics. Can safe you loads to spend on PGW.

Zimbulk88 wrote: sha okes im a personal trainer !!! But i hear u guys ,, i have become a better PT because of this site.. the diet tips and tricks and the gear advise is second to none ..ur pt mate should drop everything while training you and inspire you and motivate you ... if he doesnt and he just sitts on his phone .. get rid of him point blank .. u can save the money up and use it on supps and a clean diet
Good to hear again! The trainer should push you where you wont go by yourself. Spot on heavy lifts etc. Diet, technique - the works. If they are the ones who start you off on 20 mins treadmill/Bike, then go through the motions and talk kak the whole time you are wasting your money.
If he sounds like DSorian Yates's training partner in "Blood and Guts" you have it made.

I train with some of them. All of them want to look like me,when they say that i laugh and say thanks, but just say if they work hard, listen to me,and follow their diets, nothing is imposible.(but at the same time think, omg,i have soooo far to go still)
I dont get 300 bucks an hour,,,,,damn, that would be awesome. hahaha
If ppl could really afford that. I would feel to bad taking so much money from some1 that is there to reach goals. omg.lol
Some trainers are shit, agreed. Have seen them. I think for every 5 shit ones, theres 1 that really wants to help.
