do i have gyno

hi brothers.
I was just wondering if my condition is actually gyno or just fat. I have always had a pretty kak chest. I have never had any lumps or sensitive nipples etc even before i started using gear. I still dont have any lumps just that the nipple area is soft and no matter what exercises i do its always soft while the rest of the chest is hard. Its even worse when its hot. I have read up on this and its diagnosed as pseudo gyno. So will dropping bf make it go away. Its really de motivating as its the worst part of my body and i can never take my shirt off in public esp if its hot. Any advice appreciated. If i do the surgery how long will i be out of action for and are where any chest exercises that will firm it up and make it less pronounced

You can try lose bodyfat, that is the same problem I have, hence the 2 surgeries.. going for a 3rd in start of December ..depending on the amount they take out you may require drains, which is kuk... you will be out for 3 weeks min.. it takes another 2 months to stretch that area again, for example lifting your arms high.. well worth it, just a chunk of change...

how much is a chunk of change? and why do you have to go for three ops ?

@ice rip, try sculpt gel on the nipples, tempory solution but the gel chills the nipple area and contacts the nipple givin it a great look but only last for about 2 to three hours also reduces fat on the spot?

so have you decided whenyou are going for surgery and wher e would you get it done

well i know that they remove the glands and do lipo. Its small incisions under the aerola and costs about 30 k . Pump you said you had a good surgeon right

so lets say i drop to 6 percent bf. Do you think the nipple area would still be mushy and soft

i just try and do plenty of decline press to pump the pecs and it looks great after training but i have the same issue when its hot . i hate it big time . it always been anissue but now with the gear is seem to have become pronounced?

what ai do you use on cycle?

Its normally guys like us who become hyper-critical about the nipple. But when you go to the beach 95% of the guys have it worse! i also have the same heat+floppy nipple problem, but its really not as bad as you make it out to be.

i use a dex at the moment. I even bumped it up to 0,5 mg ed out of fear and will drop back down to 0,25 mg ed once my dbol front load is over in 2 weeks

why do you bump it up while front loadin?

i have been front loadin, perse, on 50mg dbol for 6weeks now, but i had a week break due to supply shortage. i am gonna contuinue for another week

If you have that puffy nipples nolva works quite well to control it .. removing the gland is next to impossible, I've had a mastectomy and the gyno still came back.. your entire pec is a gland.. also the problem if you go to insane you more than likely will have an indent which sucks, it isn't like you can liposuction your muscle to make it flat, lol.. the trick is to never use steroids that make it worse, test now, doses,AI dose, etc.. once you certain you have your maths right stick to that cycle, and it will never come back.. I however am the unlucky Guy that all of a sudden after years of gear woke up one day and got gunpowder from anything and everything, from hGH to Test to Tren right down to things like Anavar.. Found a perfect cycle now, 400mg promo, 350mg eq, 200mg test, 40mg proviron, 15drops of adex, 20 mg nolva. Not even 2.5mg of letro a day could prevent me from getting gyno on 500mg test.. my body simple rejects it...

It only slightly increases liver value, but it does have other side effects, read my nolva thread, for me personally it really hits my eyes.. hmm only take the nolva if you need it, if the AI is working, then no point taking it.. I have no choice, but you may. Is it getting worse or better? Test is test so use what you have

thanks pump. Just cut a kessar now. So ill run 10mg with 0.25 mg dex a day. Wont another benefit of the kessar be that it will stimulate fsh and lh so recovery will or should be easier post cycle

On a cycle it can do nothing with all that androgens floating around, it only starts working for test recovery when androgens are low enough, aka, the normal time limit to start PCT. I'd personal up the letro to 0.5mg is 0.25 isn't working, if it is working and nothing is getting worse then no need to up the dose or take nolva. Honestly you can do some serious damage and actually cause cancer using Nolva for long periods of time.. play safe
