Injury while on cycle

I started a week ago with Test cyp and 40mg DBol. After three days I decided to do only the 20mg morning dose of Dbol- sort of hoped it will push up my recovery as well and I think it did.
About 4 weeks ago I have strained a tendon in my shoulder- it became better with rest and I was assured after three weeks it will be sorted.
Problem is I can't do any upperbody workouts or I strain it again and the pain is just agonizing- just legs and abs.
My Physio says I should be able to start next week with lite weights.
Should or can I stop the Dbol straight away untill I can do heavy weights again?
It feels useless to use dbol for three weeks and only be able to do upperbody one week of the three? Or will it speed up my strength and recovery?
And if your suggestions is to stop- should I get another week's supplies of DBol to do 3 weeks again when I start?
I don't mind the Test Cyp- it can only do me good at this stage.
Cheers

Thanks for asking- been to the fisio every day this week- we did some heat treatment- massaging- ultra sound- ultra lazer light where she had to wear special glasses, then a machine which heats up inside the bones- can't remember the name but felt like microwaves hitting in the shoulder joints. She also used one of those electric pulses machines which contracted the ligaments only- looked like I had epilepsy in my arm
And I started to use Coxflam ED, had some panafcort ED as well and on Wednesday I had a 1ml cortizone injection right in to the joint with a 22gauge- that was f@kin sore
Good news is I did very very light duty yesterday afternoon- just stretching and a bit of resistance, and today it is not that intense sore (like before) - I think we have beaten him. The previous sore was like I kept scratching in an open inflamed wound- no it feels like I scratch on top of the roofie
She said 6 weeks for complete recovery- I'm on 4 now.

She says it looks like a strained a tendon in both shoulders- but left side is bad- looks like I strained the Roatator cuff tendon as well - She also says it looks like I strained my left bicep tendon.
Yes DJ- I know it is far from right- but the pain is managable now. But I am going to give it another two weeks of rest- just some stretcjing and very very light resistance training- if I can manage it- the moment I feel discomfort I will just let it be. At least my cardio is picking up nicely
Spike- are you talking like acupuncture with the dry needles? She said if I don't respond fast to the treatment she would go that route- had it before a couple of times from a chiropractor- was goooood.
Oh yes and one more thing I forgot- she added KT tape ( www.kttape.com/index.php )since the beginning of the week on my arm. That helped a GREAT DEAL!! It was like my arm is in a sling but it is not. She explained that the tape acts as extra muscle and tendons / ligaments, which keep the tension off the injured parts while it is healing.
Biggest frustration now is not being able to do upperbody

Today I went to see an Orthopedist.
He couldn't "see" much or feel much, so he sent me for sonars.
Sonars revealed left arm's Bicep's long head tendon has got a small tear in it, but will repair by itself.
Both shoulders has got Subacromial Bursitis, which means the bursa (fluid sacs) are inflamed. Bursitis is inflammation of the fluid-filled sac (bursa) that lies between a tendon and skin, or between a tendon and bone. The bursa prevents friction between the tendon and muscles and the shoulder bones.
The bursae rest at the points where internal functionaries, such as muscles and tendons, slide across bone. Healthy bursae create a smooth, almost frictionless functional gliding surface making normal movement painless. When bursitis occurs, however, movement relying upon the inflamed bursa becomes difficult and painful. Moreover, movement of tendons and muscles over the inflamed bursa aggravates its inflammation, perpetuating the problem.
The doctor described the bursa as a balloon that you fill with water and tie- put it on a table and press on it- roll it sideways- there will be almost null friction- that is what the bursa do between muscle, tendons and your shoulders.
He prescribed Arcoxia 120mg, which is an anti inflammatory.
I have used Panamor, coxflam and panafcort- hopefully this works it from another angle.
Cheers
