Inflammation and sore joints & Ligaments

So two weeks ago I felt like Bruce Willis and took on our SA champ in arm wrestling.
Hy het my gedruk laat my parra bars!
So I have been out of gym for 2 weeks now, with my left arm's joints and ligaments that is too inflamed too practise. They feel ok, but as I start practising it feels like I have ghout in my whole left arm.
I want to amputate it.
So I went for voltaren and cortisone injection yesterday which made it bearable.
What is frustrating is I wanted to start my TEst Cyp and Dbol first cycle next week. But this arm need sto recover first.
I read this post from Doctari www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/forum/2-anabo...ds-for-ligaments#584
Which is good advice and will start the cold and warm today as well.
I'm using JOint support, and I drink 18ml of flaxseed oil per day- although I only started 2 days ago with the last two items after about a month break.
I just wanted to know if there are any new ideas or remedies out there?
Thanks

Before you start a cycle of compounds that may help, rather do the correct thing and get a Chiro or similar to take a look at it. Not everything can be self remedied, and the longer you leave it the closer it gets to a chronic phase
Um, but im scared of needles...

That is the main ingredient. Some will plainly call it glucosamine others will maybe rebrand it as Joint & Ligament support or something like that.

This is the one I use. I'm not sure how much it is in the shops as I get it at cost, i think its about R260 for 180 tabs. They do a few variants of this product.

Just took a look at my MSM supplement, and it also contains Glucosamine Sulphate- 1500mg per 6 caps and 1200mg MSM, and some Turmeric, Celery, Greenlip muscle, Boswellia, Ginger and Devils Claw.
And this is working good for me- but it takes a few days.
Thanks brother
