Does A-dex hinder gains

hey guys

I've been wonderng about this for a while. Does any1 know to what degree it does if it does at all.
At what dosages will it or will it not. I know that estrogen play a role in the mass building cycle. So to little estrogen can hinder gains right?

Im thinking in the ranges of .50mg eod to .50mg ed. Im not worried about the water weight gains but the efect on lbm gains.

Bro while some estrogen is needed to make gains you dont need large amounts. Depending on how much aromatazing gear you using why not use 0,25 mg eod instead. Keeping estrogen in check def does have its advantages ie gyno water etc but you dont want to block it out completely. Thats why i would lower the dose you mentioned

A-dex will hinder your water gains. Thats where all this limiting your gains comes from.
