Testen once or twice a week?

Hey guys , should you split the dose 250mg twice a week or 500mg once a week?

There is no need to split it. One 500mg is fine.

i did mon/thurs injections. (300mg/300mg) worked out extremely well for me.

I would say split the injections in order to keep levels stable. (I know its a long ester, but still.)

On Enanthate it doesn't really matter. I'd just gooi once a week as its less hassle.

Keep it to a single 500mg shot if you just starting to use gear because if you pin 2x a week your ass isisn't gonna recover that well and you'll have to go and inject in other bodyparts.

Definitely 1*/week on a long ester like Enanthate like Vega said it does not really matter, why inject twice when once will do the job.

i can only get hold of testocyp 250,but cant decide if i should use only one weekly injection of 1ml or push it up to 2ml per a weekly injection (if that is allowed Im not sure :huh: ) or split injections say 1ml tuesday and 1ml like Thursday or Friday, Im planning on bein on a 10week cycle? what do u think? will be using dbol upfront for first 4weeks, and maybe adding proviron will see how far i can stretch my funds

Dude, splitting the dose would not make the hormone more stable... Once a week shots of up to 5ml in a shot is fine, anything over that I would split the dose to different body parts, however if you want to shoot it only into your ass then pin all in one go to give your bum some time to recover

Watch for the sterile Abcess! Thats a big Depot you are creating with that 5ml.

When you aspirate and see you are pulling old oil(normally different colour and fills syringe in stead of just bubbles) you are heading that way and its time to give that spot a looooong break.

2.5 ml in each delt or quad will work nicely. So why not just for safety sake split them all - once/week; twice/week who cares.
When you are loading big doses the split dose regiment starts to make sense as you feel the difference. Especially a EQ frontload will push you(me) over the anxiety threshold and i kak off for 2 or 3 days whereas if i split the dose the effects are much softer.
