My firend is only 16 and hes going to be doing a test e cycle , is it possable that his test production could shut down and never return to normal?

16 is too young for any steroid usage.

yeah thats a stupid decision on his part, his body is still changing and his natural test levels are at their highest. Messing with a developing endocrine system is a real bad idea

16 is not just too young, it is stupid and a typial attitude from a teenager... You have enough testosterone at that age to BLOW UP without taking any supplements, you shouldn't even be touching creatine until your body is fully grown. Once your body is 100% developed, around 21, then look at using supplements, till now eat like a king and learn everything you can about diet, so the day that it comes to use gear you going to grow like a weed. If you start using gear to early you blow all the chances you would have had at putting a decent amount of size on your frame naturally.

At 16, you doing under aged drinking, smoking cigaretts and trying to be cool. Rather skip the partying on the weekend and focus on your training / rest and nutrition and you will achieve your desired results... However, many organs have not fully developed and if you use steroids now you can permanently damage yourself, or further yet things like penis size and fertility could be hampered too..

Tell him chill, enjoy his natural test now while he has it, the last thing he wants to do is inject some or other testosterone or derivative there of will just stuff up all the growth, 13/21 is such an important time in your life to look after yourself, to have long term health.

If he pays DJ for a diet, I promise you not he will gain more size and strength at his current age than he would if he took a steroid... And whats more informative about this is that he will then have virgin receptors when the time does come to use gear and he will become massive (if thats what he wants), but right now understanding how to train correctly, living a diciplined life and _eating 100% perfect_ is what one needs to focus on now.
