Training for 3 years seriously.
Weight in at 86kg and about 8 % bf. 174cm tall!
Will be getn ready to compete next year again. WIl be the rest of the year taking a break to improve my weak points.
Am a trainer myself.
Will be helping and asking wer I get chance.
Info very unreliable wer i am from.

I will be starting my contest prep from tomorrow for the welcome classics. Ill get some photots up as soon as i can.

I think my weak points are my calves, tri and traps.
If you guys could just take a look and let me know that would b great.

Ill hopfully get some photos up tonight, if my girlfriend doesnt mind lol.
