Dianabol has a very short active life. Taking it every 6 - 8 hours would be ideal.
Try taking it in the morning, afternoon and before bed for best results

tiny, you missing the point of what Doc was saying, he was saying if you are an advance user and know your body extremely well and know how well your body adapats to recovery, then "during your PCT" you can take 5mg a day to help keep you anabolic WHILE the PCT gets your natural test levels back.. I would not suggest this and would rather just stick to a comprehensive PCT, I would not add a toxic substance like dbol to our bodies each day just to stay 'anabolic'...

If you looking for something to stay anabolic you can look at something called remeron, it is an oldschool anti depressant, it is taken at night and used often for people who suffer from sleep disorders and require a 'long term solution' where by things like stilnox is VERY addictive and should not be used for long periods of time (regardless what reasons we find to justify its use).

The remeron will help you sleep, offer you a increase in well being and what you looking for is to stay anabolic.. Beware of nightmares while on this drug..

Again I would not resort to drugs to 'stay anabolic' I would refer to food and keeping ones self anabolic by not over training, by sleeping enough hours in a night, but eating correctly, and mostly controlling our stress levels.
