was going through pumps eq and test cycle on the sample cycles and see that he has adex at 0.2mg ed. i have read that this will hamper ones gains. what if the goal was to get as big and strong as possible. should one then exclude the adex and rather use 50mg proviron ed

Hey Ice-rip, I'm not sure what Pump's thinking was but I'm sure its to suppress estrogens ability to produce any side effects right from the start.

I personally always include a small bit of Letro right from the start of a cycle for this exact same reason.

As Vega said, not high enough to suppress gains, just enough to build quility gains without excess bloat, fat storing, and side effects...

You more than welcome to swop it to letro, Vega can advise a dose he finds comfortable.

On Letro in typically advice about .15mg - .25mg, that's just enough to screw you up just enough to keep sides at bay.

There we go, so you can use that dose on the cycle I wrote

ill stick with dex guys. do we know roughly percentage wise how much estrogen will be suppressed on that dose. is 0.25mg eod an option as well

ice-rip impossible to say, as everyone reacts differently to dosage, etc.. I recommended the bare minimum and you might need to increase that dose if you find estrogen sides effecting you. The reason why I say it's impossible to react is that no studies are carried out on X amount of Test + X amount of ABC yields Y amount of androgens that yield Z amount of estrogen. So the best is to start off on the dose described and then work it up 2 or so drops at a time.
