Welcome to the board
what is 5.9? Your height in ft or are you 59 years old and the dot between the numbers is just a typo?
Secondly, what are your goals?
Thirdly post up your diet so we can have a look.
Dbol alone is not going to do much, my bud. Its going to make you stronger (depending on your dose) and you will hold alot of water on it, but once you finish using it - you will lose EVERYTHING.
Tell us a bit more and then the guys will be able to help you out.
Peace...

Yea 5.9 ft
Oats in morning one weigh shake multi vit, milk thistle pre work out creatine drink
Next 7 egg whites one yolk 3 hours later( this is my meal after gym too)
3 hours later shake
Mabe 2 tins tuna on brown bread.
Shake protein 3 later
Small chicken and veg with omegas before bed
I would like to get larger and tighter but still be athletic .
Like The Rock or John Sienna kind of build.
Sad to hear that all my gains will flush away when I stop..
How to hold them then ?
Putting on some size lean size is the challenge then?

first off u hold them by doing a pct and having a proper diet in place.
yes putting on lean diet is the challenge but it wont happen with a diet like that.
you wont ever look like the rock or john cena as your diet is shit.
a cycle for a guy like you would be 6months of clean eating and lifting heavy and then see where your go from there...
first place u need to start is here : www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/forum/10-diet...on/56925-dieting-101 you are not eating enough at all...
