u can include Vitamin C on a daily dose. Vit C works as a natural duretic. Will help keep water at bay. Try that first, then we look at alternatives.

The amount of carbs in your diet also influence your water retention. That is why when you hit keto that you lose so many kg's so fast in the first week or two, because of water leaving your system.

I keep my carbs to less than 30-40gr per day and I don't eat lots of salt. Can it maybe be that I am standing for more than 8 hours a day, I have a hectic job....

Kelp is also a good natural diuretic, also how much water are you drinking, drinking to little is the same as eating to little you body will store the fat or water respectively.

I think your carbs is very low, dont know if that is what came from your other discussions with DJ that it should be there but this is my take...
You either do the keto or not, your carbs must be lower to do keto as in your other thread, or higher for you to have enough energy to exercise. Not just above keto levels, then you are just struggling. I am not saying go high on carbs, just a bit higher or lower.
Atkins came from keto, but was made easier for the normal folks while the dude raked in a lot of money.
