cycle reserch was created by DPJ2
I've been reserching now for around 4 months on steroids and have put together this:

Test cyp 400mg/week for 10 weeks
Dianabol 30mg/day for four weeks
proviron 50mg/day for weeks 9-12
Nolvadex 10 mg/day - 10 weeks

PCT
clommid 50mg twice daily in week 13
Kessar 20mg for weeks 14-16

I know its nothing mindblowingly innavative, but wanna know what u guys think of lowering some of the doses as ive done with the dianabol and test as well as having Nolvadex running through the cycle?

My stats are:
1.74M
88kg
16% BF
and planning on getting a custom diet

my reasons for using for the first time is, size and strenght, im not too worried about cutting and im not worried at all at slow progress

any imput would be much appreciated

thanks muchly (sorry admin, jus realized this is in the wrong place!)

i think the 50mg proviron/week would be too little. i would run 50mg/day from the start of my cycle to the day before pct and leave the nolvadex for pct. i would also include hcg in my pct at 500 iu eod for 10 days

As far as I'm concerned 50mg or even 100mg of proviron is so low that it can safely be used during PCT.

Hey bud.

Welcome to the forum!

That cycle looks tops. Just a few things for you to consider though:

1. I would bump the test up 100mg to 500mg pw. (Unless the test you have is 200mg/ml in which case its easier to just do 2x 200mg shots a week.)

2. Looks like you're using a serm (nolva) for your a.i while on course. Bare in mind that nolva is liver toxic, so you're going to be battering your liver for 10 weeks (including dbol for 4) and then a further 4 weeks for pct. I would say drop the kessar on cycle.

3. At 1.74m and 16% bf, maybe put off the cycle for now; up the cardio and clean the diet a bit. Try get your bf% down to around 11%. There after run your course.

Anyway, just my 2c.

Good luck anyhow! :)

Thanks a lot for the imput rowan!

The body fat issue is something I've been thinking about, its been mentioned a lot that you want it ideally around 10, but I don't understand why? I'm looking for a bulking up, really not worried about cutting, I don't have a gut, I carry most of my fat in love handles and chest (hence the fear of gyno and the resason I want to run nova through out)

Is there more to the bf factor than getting better cut in your results?

Men who have high bodyfat %, especially abdominal fat, are likely to have increased estrogen levels caused by aromatase activity and a dramatically increased estrogen level compared to testosterone. If aromatizing steroids are used for a bulking cycle, estrogen levels will be elevated even more resulting in a potentially greater chance of additional bodyfat being stored. In essence if bodyfat is too high and aromatizing steroids are used, then one will have a good chance of getting more fat.

Thanks stuart f, very helpfull, would taking nova or proviron with test only not help with the estrogen? Or on the other hand what about an anavar and test only cycle? Or even taking T 3 with test and proviron? ... Ir am I jus being lazy and should start running?

As soon as you introduce test to your body you are going to be faced with some estrogen related side-effects even if you are taking an anti-estrogen. I have a relatively low bodyfat around 9% and as soon as I start test even test prop (with an AI like A-dex) it appears as if I put on fat. A lot of it is water weight but alot of it is also estrogen related bodyfat. Rather follow the general recommendation and get your ass onto the treadmill, LOL.

Yip, 12% would be fine. This is measuring with calipers not the shitty virgin active bodyfat machines.

No, you can't test it at home, as much as it looks basic, you need to be comfortable in testing and where to test.

I would suggest to speak to a qualified personal training, not just some arb dude, that thinks he is a personal trainer.

johnnyBgood, you can do a caliper bodyfat measurement at Virgin but you'll have to book a fitness assesment. Otherwise you can buy some calipers at springbok pharmacy online for R435.

Why not use the USN calipers, cheap ones? Calippers are callipers. The methods vary but that can be found on the internet.

I suggest you get someone with experience to do the caliper test. Although it's not rocket science, you still have to know what you are doing. You can easily cock it up and get skewed results.
