Need help with PCT

Hi guys I just started my cycle this is what it looks like:

week 1-6 : sustanon 250 (2ml per week)
week 1-6 : Deka (2ml per week)
week 2-5 : Superdrol 10 (2 caps per day)
week 1-6 : Proviron (1 per day)
week 1-6 : Kessar (1 per day)

The proviron and kessar basically go down as my PCT. Should i add a week or two after my cycle on Clomid or Nolvadex just to be safer??

Firstly its Deca not Deka, secondly your cycle is way to short to experience any gains minimal length if you including a long acting 19-nortestosterone would be 12 weeks. 3rdly you have not included hcg during of post cycle, i very much doubt you will recover with a SERM alone, 4th point, proviron is suppressive and cant be used during PCT. That whole cycle is all wrong, from start to end. Post up stats of yourself, cycle history and what you looking at achieving from the cycle.

The deca will only kick in at week 4 and takes another 4 weeks at minimum to clear out for an effective PCT to be carried out, so your timing of the testosterone is also wrong. So in effect you have 2 weeks in which you can experience gains and then you need to wait 4 weeks before you can start PCT, you looking at another two weeks minimum before you start to experience increased levels of natural testosterone, in which any gain as small as it may be will be lost.

What i basically want is to bulk up a bit.. ive been training for 5 years using only natural supplements. this will be my first cycle, it was given to me by a Personal trainer who is competing professionally.. thanx 4 the advise

Those are the guys to stay away from. Read the sticky of what a first cycle should look like, leave the deca alone, run 12 weeks sustanon only at 2ml per week. Front load the cycle with dianabol, get some hcg for your pct. If you have started the cycle already drop the deca a save it for another cycle some other day. Dont add complications so early in your steroid cycles.
