Hi guys

Bought a product by Bokomo today called Kreemymeel.
Where exactly does Mealie Meal fit in?

High G.I/Low G.I?

Can I replace my Oats with this? (More carbs per 100g: 67g carbs!)
Will it be o.k to mix my whey shakes with this product?
Taste really nice with my protein shake too!

yes if it has more carbs than oats and its low gi then mix your whey with it and enjoy.

You guys might think I'm crazy,but i know how to achieve greatness.
