Newbie questions and introduction was created by Underdog
Hi all,

Ive been working out on and off for about 2 years, I'm currently at my heaviest ive ever been 84.6kg but I'm quite tall, so it doesn't really show, i have a high metabolism, so may body fat is always around 10-15% which I'm very grateful for.

Ive been using USN hyperbolic mass for about 3 months now, along with a average to good diet.

Now i want to start using, but i have no idea what to use and how.

I don't want to over do it, i basically just want a little dose for a period, and see what results i can get.

Any tips and suggestions will be highly appreciated.

well,

breakfast is pronutro and muesli, followed by Usn hyperbolic mass at 10am,

lunch is 4 sandwiches with ham and cheese mostly,

then gym,

another shake when i get home, then dinner varies from chicken, pasta, stir fry, pap, some boerewors.

but mostly its chicken pasta orientated meals,

Im alson not 100% sure on what to eat, and i must definitely try to eat more during lunch, and before gym

search the forum for similar posts from 1st timers. there are MANY. also see the threads on 'how a first cycle should look like" and also read up on pct. the fact that you're using usn means you dont know much and diet is the most important so an 'average to good diet' won't cut it. if you want a proper custom diet give dj a mail from the contact us tab. read and do some research and then come with suggestions on what you want to do and achieve. then we will help you with tweaking and perfecting it. good luck

"edit" just saw your diet and it is horrible...! check out dieting 101.

ok dude, that diet is shocking. you should be having 6-7 protein meals in a day protein sources should be : whey, eggs, egg whites, chicken, fish, tuna, lean beef, ostrich.
carbs should be for breakfast, pre and post work out : CARBS SHOULD NOT BE OF A MANUFACTURED TYPE SUCH AS pronutro, muesle, bread, pasta, provitas, crackers. carbs should come from whole food sources such at :oats, potatos, white rice, brown rice, mealie meal, rice cakes, sweet potato.
fats, you are having crap fats from cheese fats should come from healthy food sources such as nuts, oils and egg yolks.

mass builders are full of sugars and should be thrown in the bin!

if u need a custom diet u can contact me through the contact us page but i do charge for diets.

This is the biggest problem i see in my gym guys wanting to become bodybuilders and gain muscle but they are not getting or going to get there because their diet is shit.I tell them diet is the biggest factor in my size and why i'm the size that i am. For me anyway the diet is the hardest part of my day because you eating so often and the food gets boring after a while and it takes a huge amount of self dedication to be strict with your diet and follow it to the t.

You guys might think I'm crazy, but i know how to achieve greatness.

Pumped dude, I completely agree.
wolfing down 200 grams of chicken per meal is a mission when it's cooked plain with spices.

seeing that i have gained a couple of kg's on my current diet, and the USN protein shake, is the weight gain more water or fat?

If the shake is mostly sugar, it most probably is not Lean muscle
