is it safe, should i rather finish off my antibiotics before going on gear?
advice please gys.

more details, i have a ear infection and hence got placed on some antibiotics for it.

I wouldn't worry about it use the gear. You might just fall sick, so up your Vitimin E and C and take further antioxidants like green tea, cranberry, etc.
