Hey Guys

As we all know, stress levels cause cortisol, which is the biggest enemy of muscles!
Now, Steroids supress cortisol levels... which helps in muscle gain while on cycle.

Does anyone know which steroids supress cortisol levels the most?
Would something like Superdrol supress cortisol levels or even Anavar?

I stress quite a bit, so, am thinking of staying on a low dose of something in order to keep cortisol levels down.

Thanks

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

Get some phosphatidylserine. Helps block cortisol. Don't think you should block cortisol for too long. RHODIOLA ROSEA ROOT also helps

Or you can take Remeron, that is a wonder drug at blocking cortisol, also 'old school anti depressant' increase appetite and knocks you to sleep at night.

Cortisol is not the stress hormone, it's actually the anti-stress hormone.

Cortisol turns off the stress response through negative feedback inhibtion.

If you block cortisol your stress will go through the roof, which is why a lot of people on cycle tend to suffer from anxiety and depression.

As mentioned, your best bet is probably phospahtidylserine and rhodiola rosea as they dampen the release of corticotropin-releasing hormone which is the hormone released in your brain in response to stress, and which subsequently produces cortisol.

Where can you get phospahtidylserine and rhodiola rosea or Remeron?
Something i can get without prescription!

Does taking something to reduce cortisol have any bad effects on you?
