Anavar vs Winstrol was created by ABC01

I see anavar is much in discussion now. I like what i read about it. What would you guys say would be the best one to run at the end of a cycle (say a 8 week test prop/npp cycle)for the last 5-6 weeks leading up to pct. The idea is obviously the dry hard look. Take the price out of the picture

Hey bud

Well if its only two weeks then i'd say winny. But if cash wasn't an issue i'd run var from day 1 till pct.

Takes about 2-3 weeks before the Var really kicks in. First time I ran it took longer.

Friend of mine is adament running a oral only cycle for 6 weeks. He has this in mind:
Week 1-6: Anavar 60mg/day
Week1- start of pct: proviron 20mg/day
Week1-6: T3
Heat: 4 caps per day split 2 weeks on 2 weeks off 2 weeks on
Pct: 7days nolvadex @ 40mg/day split and the 20mg/day for another 2 weeks

I suggested against this as i know what the general consensus is on oral only cycles. To be honest if you really want to run a oral only cycle this probable is not so bad. What u guys think? He does not really want to gain weight. More of a lean hard look he is afer

His gonna need to run a more anabolic cycle if he wants to use T3, the stuff can be very catabolic and sidse can be harsh.

I would extend the cycle to 8 - 10 weeks. From my experience the Var only kicks in round week 5 - 6. Maybe increase the proviron to 40mg/day. Should be ok running 40 mcg T3/day.
I ran a cycle very similar to this in Sep last year. I will try find it and post it up.

Here is the cycle I did last year:

week 1 - 8 - Anavar 50mg ED
week 4 - 8 - Winstrol 50mg ED
week 4 - 8 - Proviron 50mg ED
week 1 - 8 - Tertroxin(T3) cycling up from 20mcg to 80mcg ED and tapering down
week 1 -8 - Clenbuterol cycling up to 160mcg ED 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off
week 7 - 10 - L -tyrosine
week 7 - 10 - Kessar (nolvadex) 40mg ED
week 1 - 8 - milk thistle, flax seed oil, vitamins

If I had to do it again, I would up the Anavar dosage to 80mg/day and run it for 10 weeks.

Wasn't too impressed with the results pump. I did gain a lot of strength and vascularity but the muscle pumps were unbelievably painful. It was probably a good thing the cycle was relatively short as the orals & winny obviously put a lot of strain on my body. I was aware of this and made sure I drank lots of water and took liver/thyroid support.

The go hand in hand, that is how anavar becomes effective by using creatine in the body. You have to run creatine on the cycle or it's a waste of time in my eyes

Very ripped, body fat went down 3-4% to 9%. Had veins popping out everywhere and I'm not natually veiny. Keto-diet also probably played a part.

Nice, I have a very nice diet now from DJ too, and doing Proviron / Var cycle, so will post my results in a new thread. I am around 10/12% bodyfat now, and hoping to get down to about 6% again in 3 months.
