how to take clen drops?

I have LP clen drops.
I have no clue how to take them, have taken pills before.
Have read that some people put it under their tongue and others just swallow the drops.

what is the real deal?

It makes no difference, you can even dilute it in water. Just get it in your mouth

These clen drops are 250mcg/ml so if i wanted to start off on this product with 50mcg do I just take 0.2ml ?
What's the best way to draw 0.2ml of clen drops at a time?
This just sounds like so less to take but I suppose it's a little that goes a long way, right?
