Hey guys

I am in week 9 of my cycle - 500mg test cyp weekly and i added now winny and proviron (dj's first cycle sticky)

Now the problem. While on just test, i could run around without any problems. Comes winny, now i can barely run then it feels like my 'shin muscles' want to explode!! The pump is unbearable.

Is there any way that i can go around this...?

Strange - i have done almost a week 100mg + 100mg Proviron. No such effect. How is the water from the Cyp?

Pretty sure its pump. This morning i did biceps, and i could barely lift the weight, cause my forearms were VERY VERY sore. I have rugby practise again on tuesday, will see then, maybe it was cramps in both legs, i do no. First time i take it, so yea.

I have decided to drop the winstrol. It makes my life miserable. Will carry on with the proviron though, and keep the winstrol for my offseason.

Thanx bro same to you!

To be honost, i do not run any. I just stick to the diet DJ gave me. Bare in mind that this is my first cycle, so i have never experienced water retension. The way i judge it is by looking in the mirror. I am leaner now than when i started the cycle. No puffiness, not in my face, arms, legs etc. So correct me if i am wrong (which is a possibility :) ) I read that nothing blows you up like test, and i am not experiencing that.

What blows you up is diet.. If you have a bad diet you will blow up, if you have a good diet you will grow and be hard.

Hey Tremere
I also get serious pain in my shins especially when I'm on winstrol and most other DHTs. I've done a lot of reading on the subject and I'm convinced it's shin splints not muscle pumps. I think the shin splints also get worse do to the fact that when you are on juice your physique get bigger & heavier and hense your shins take a beating from this added weight. Unfortunatly there isn't much you can do to cure shin splints - rest is the best cure but i have heard that a podeotrist can perscibe special soles for your shoes that can help adjust the way your foot lands on the surface to reduce pressure on the outer shins.

I have suffer from shin splints and will try get some of those soles for my shoes. I don't suffer to much with them anymore due to losing a serious amount of size but never the less will get myself some.

Yeah I got the same thing too on Winny. I would run for like 2 minutes and my calves and shins would be so pumped I could barely even walk. At least then you know it's the real deal.

For rugby i wouldnt advise taking winni anyway as it does dry out the joints and it could make u prone to injury. I'd say leave out the winni it will stop the shin splints and prevent u from getting an injury. Thats my point of view anyway.

For rugby i always say test prop as its in and out of ur system pretty quick so if there is ever a time u get tested u will have a chance to evade detection if u have a enough time that is :) Plus the test prop will give u leaner gains as there is less water gain.

No lets not deadlift as I need a double hip replacement haha
