i want to find out what risks i put myself through by starting my cycle next monday. my previous cycle ended 25/11/2010 and i am still busy with the last part of my pct namely 20mg kessar/day. due to one hell of a festive and improper diet and not training, i look and feel like shit. i was planning on doing 600mg test cyp a week with either deca or eq. is it advisable to start so soon or does the body really require this break.

So if you where on gear for 12 weeks and then PCT for another 14 you need 16 weeks break from the time you stopped your last cycle.
If you abused your body then I would STRONGLY suggest cleaning it out and training clean and letting your body recover. This is the times you land up causing damage, if you where CLEAN in December and just trained and ate and you need to achieve a certain goal by such and such a date I would say go for it.

That is my biggest concern, regardless of PCT, if your body decides one day you shooting blanks, all the PCT tricks in the world might not be enough. I would strongly suggest any male athlete who wants to use steroids but still wants to have kids look at getting some stuff freezed so if you do decide one day to have kids and you can't then at least you can at least get your girl pregnant with that.
Other than that, if you body is healthy and running at optimum then just to play it safe go to a physical and see if all returns back good. If it does then you can shorten your break between cycles. I would still like to give your body at leats a months break after your PCT is completed.
Go buy a GOOD pre-workout supplement, something like jack 3d and use that, you will have a really good session. Within 2 weeks you will be happy where you at, least when you start your cycle, you back at your peak and you can use your next cycle to progress. Otherwise all you doing is using steroids to get you back to were you where, which doesn't make sense.

Once you've been on cycle, to gym off cycle almost feels pointless.
Basically, i have a goal in mind, and will stop using gear when i get to that point.
But, i am still a young guy, so, the road ahead is a long one...
I even wish i was at the age where it would be safe for me to start HGH already, but it is quite an investment monthly!

I find that using this jack 3d supplement really has helped give me a nice push. The other option what you can do is get some HEAT and take 1 / 2 caps before gym, Eph gives you some real nice strength gains. Mix jack3d with 2 HEAT tablets and trust me you throwing weights around and you just wont want to leave the gym.
I also find using Clomid makes me really down and lazy and not wanting to gym, that is why I prefer just to use Novla in my PCT or if I do use Clomid only 50mg for 5 days.
Get some jack3d and get some HEAT and then let me know if you not keen to gym
I find with the jack3d it doens't have enough creatine so you need to supplement with it. I take the jack3d and after training take another serving of creatine. On non training days just take your supplemented creatine.

You could probably run 6-12month long cycles if you can handle the sides. But you still have to be careful though, you dont want to be on TRT any sooner than you have toTrensetta wrote: i know this is random but what if ur not interested in having any kids??? both my wifey and i have agreed on one child so... and i am looking at getting the tubes tied anyways??

Deadgoat, I would strongly not advise that, the reason we cycle steroids is not because of kids it is because of the damage to your body. If you not intrested in kids then go on hormone replacement therapy, however if you young I would do a proper PCT and take time off. It's all about balance, and thats what you need, and going on HRT when you don't need to is not being balanced in my books...

If gear didn't affect my skin the way it does, i would use it ALOT more!!
I am just about finished my PCT of my last course, and just cant get my skin to clear..
Definitely unbalanced hormones at the moment!!
I cant stand having bad skin... ends up stressing me out BIG time!
Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

i have tried a lot of the preworkouts. for me nothing compares to muscle marinade in terms of strength. problem though is sleep and i used to use half dose. another thing is that i had a resting heart rate of 92 bpm which is crazy. and that was checked early in the morning while in bed. it has returned to around 70 now that i have stopped preworkouts for a while.
i have realy let myself down during the festive going overboard with the beers and missing meals and training. although i still foloowed my pct, 4 kgs were lost in a metter of two weeks. my dumbell press for chest dropped now from 46kgs to 38kgs the last time i tried and i became depressed and despondant. i know hat the right answer here is guys. the body needs a break and thats the right thing to do. i mean this isnt supps we are talking about here, its hormones.
when i started, i said all i am going to do is 250mg/week of test for 8 weeks. after researching , i changed this to 600mg/week of test cyp but that was also only going to be for 8 weeks. guess what? after 5 weeks only, the strngth came in and after 8 the compliments at work , the gym etc. i was king of the world and being 2 metres tall, it only meant the size was amplfied and u were more noticed. so i said 10 weeks will be the cutt off- but more size and more strength came. so i said ill push on to 12 weeks but in the last two weeks only experienced more acne. so i researched admins advise on pct and did that. during that time though, the same ppl who gave u the compliments, were the first to tell you how small you are becoming and therefore u feel like shit and wish u could stay on forever. am i addicted to gear. im afraid i would have to say yes as i cant wait for myself to get that size, confidence, strength , libido etc etc etc again.
my sad story in a nutshell

Long term HGH with 6 week cycles is still your best bet.Trensetta wrote: i know this is random but what if ur not interested in having any kids??? both my wifey and i have agreed on one child so... and i am looking at getting the tubes tied anyways??

Thats what i am planning more or less - Testoviron/TestE 250mg/week.
Thats actually a bit high on most HRT forums and guys are on as little as 100mg/week and keeping stable test levels in the normal range.
My dad is on Nebido/test undecanoate every 3 months and doing pretty well. Aparently the latest is that the 3 month period should be shortened! Looks like research and interest in this field is climbing rapidly - thank goodness.

If you always put limit on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.
