i do but a lot of the depression comes in the form of missing out on certain activities like a boys night out which involves some boozing. so i normally get very down esp on a friday night.maybe i should keep better company. its even worse when i use ro acutane

roacutane (iesh) that stuff is scary.

Secondly stop missing the boys night out, however start going out and just looking after yourself. If you really want to have a drink, have a single whiskey and water and sip it slowly. If you land up drinking 2 drinks in the night it isn't the end of the world. Rather go out and go home early but if you social person don't cut that out. You don't want to land up changing your character to dramatically in one go.

So take it easy, go out have some fun, go to places where you can get nice meals, and eat a nice steak and rice or whatever. Have a drink and a glass of water or two between drinks and just enjoy yourself.

Good luck :)

Tren and bromocriptine throws my emotions out of whack-tren alone is fine, but throw the bromo in its a rollercoaster ride-your up, then you're down, then in love, then don't give a shit. Fcking nightmare. But gotta love tren

I mainly get the depression when i finish a cycle... for like 2 days or so.

And then also like ice-rip with the Friday nights, and the things you end up missing out on...

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

feel so down right now. lost 4kgs since my cycle ended on 25/11/10. its my own fault too as i got a bit too festive. still following my pct though. at times like this, i feel like throwing in the towel as finding motivation is becoming harder and harder. but on the plus i am 6kgs heavier than when i started and i always told myself to look it at on that positive note. its easier said than done

Ice-rip I hear you bud but its all about getting that goal in mind and going for it.

Since I started boxing a couple of weeks ago my mind set on my whole body image changed. I'm loving the way I look now maybe a slight bit smaller than I'd like but tough shit.

If you want to compete then yes every meal and every training session is super important but if not then live a little and remember this is just a hobby. Life is already stressful enough and now you want to add more.

the depression is a killer .. i feel good but when i look in the mirror i want more ... u get the compliments but i dont believe it .. think i might have a real problem .. i miss the boozing and all nighters but i have changed my ways and i now dont drink at all and always get my 8 hours of sleep .. i feel better for it but i sometimes want to rage and get overly doped ... another random question .. smoking some of gods green grass ... does that affect u muscle wise ?? instead of drinking what about smoking a bit of grass ... tried to do research on it and found nothing if interest ?? any thoughts ??

What would cure depression is if you didnt have to give your body a break after doing a cycle... you could just go onto the next cycle!!! :-)
