Hi

Hey bud
Well congrats on the effort u made so far and the results u got. The last bit of stubborn fat is always the most difficult to get rid of. Here's a few things u can do.
1. Give as ur stats; age, heaight, weight, bf%.
2. Post up ur diet u following - u may find that u platuaed in ur diet and changhing it can bump up fatloss again.
3. What is ur training regime at the moment and what sort of cardio do u do?
As for aas for gettting cut, i leaved that for now. Fatburners depending where u are ( in ur training diet and results ) u can maybe try heat (eca stack), sculpt gel (yohimbe base gel) or maybe even beesting (another yohimbe stack - capsule form)
Give as that and lets see where we can help u from there.

Ek doen my 2.4km 10min 15sec.
Ek draf 5 dae per week 5km ver.
My oorspronklike gewig was 94kg.
As ek my bf volgens my lengte en gewig uitwerk da kom ek uit op so 26%.
Dit sal nice wees as ek dit kan afbring na so 15% of minder.
Wat kan jy aanbeveel?

Well the most important thing here is what u eat, how much u eat and when u eat. Tell as what u eat on a daily basis and we can adjust from there.
Also if u don't mind take a pic of urself, post it here and the members here can help to give a bf% estimate quess.
But till then u will need to think up sum more ideas to make ur exercises more tough or exerting. Maybe take a backpack and load it up with a few books to add weight next time u jog. Maybe sprinting short distance between two places and then slow walking between those two places again and then repeat. If ur limited to what u can do u'll have to be creative with the exercise to make them abit more difficult. But these are just examples as i don't reallly know ur surroundings and such.
But get ur diet up so we can start there.
