Spike - progress to 2011 comps was created by spike
So i've got sme pics of my progress (some of you will have seen them on the other forum but i just want some crits from here). Will also add some posing pics asap.

Just finished my 15 week Test cyp (800mg/week) and eca (500mg/week) cycle, frontloaded with Dbol at 40mg/day for 4 weeks. Also used Proviron at 40mg/day for the last 4 weeks and im now on Winstrol at 40mg/day for 2 weeks pre PCT. Will be running the comprehensive PCT to maximize recovery.

Weight pre cycle was 77kg and now its on 83kg (gained early and got to 85 but 2 weeks of flu dropped that and the last few weeks of cycle were unproductive, hence my plans to switch to short 6 weekers from now).
Bodyfat is untested but i judge it to be around 7-8%. Very hard and vascular.
Im at my biggest ever and my legs have been the focus this year... im pretty happy with the gains on them since my last comp (will post leg pics soon).
So the idea now is to hol on to the mass as long as possible, until prep begins next year for the East Coast Classic.

Let me know what you think... B)

Um, but im scared of needles...

Well done brother! You've made some really good gains and you're physique is extremely pleasing and symmetrical. I love the back! Just post some pics on those wheels so we can see the progress there.

Thanks guys, im 1,79m... so pretty tall for my weight. Really battle to put on much more mass than this. Gonna take me years to gain enough to stand in a weight division line up. If i compete u80kg there are always gonna be short guys massing me out. Will prob be doing classic again next year until i can find that extra mass.

Will post my legs shortly, they not huge but have definately grown since april, and match the rest of the pyysique

Sorry guys Apparently it is true, cause its happened to certain people already, so I’m not taking any chances !!

Classic limits for 1,75-1,8 are height (in cm) - 100, plus 6kg.
So for me thats a max of 85kg... Which is still way more than my competition weight, but the classic tends to attract more slender athletes, taller guys with longer legs like me, as opposed to thick heavy mass monsters

Classic = Chicken legs division? :P

So you can probably add another 6-8kg on your contest weight before being forced to change divisions or grow taller. Whichever you find easiest

Thats it. I wouldnt say chicken legs :P but its definately the guys who dont have thick physiques.. Longer limbs = longer muscle bellies... more athletic than heavily muscular. Once i can get my weight high enough to compete in 80-90kg i'll move to weight division

Here my "chicken legs" ;)

Great size for a chicken :P , inner quads need to be brought up. They make your legs look slender than they really are. But good job nonetheless

I tend to agree with Deadgoat here, whose inner thighs need a little more mass then you're set to go, the problem is you're constantly fighting your genetics also which doesn't help the situation.

How's your legs routine/s?

how much hamstring work are you doing spike? by building up the hamstring you will work on getting a thicker side profile to the legs!
