There is no way oil will get through a slin pin.

Yes I have, doesn't hurt. My only scare is that I 'hit' something, every time i'm pushing it in regardless of how many times I have done it, so scared I just go into something unpleasant
A mate of mine hit the deck before because he hit a bone or something, wasn't pleasant...

Im trying to understand your post, are you saying that your side delts are out of proportion because of all the oil you putting in there or is because of growth from site injections.

No matter how people deny it, you get site growth. It will probably go down in time but so will all the other muscles when you stop pinning.
Fact is, my quads and side-delts have localized growth. Side delt especially pronounced but just the main side muscle which is long and thinnish. There isnt just 3 muscles in the delt, more like 7 and pinning in the suggested spot hits just the single muscle all the time.
The muscles are HARD - no squishy oily sites. Moved the site around on quads - theyre starting to look nice!

Inject in the recommended spot in your side delt. 2 ml once / week. Your "Side Delt" will grow. The one you inject into. Long and thin is relative. Relative to MY rear and front delt.
The Delt consists of more than just the 3 main "areas" and you dont inject into any other.

Mike Mentzer and a couple of others will disagree with you there. Yes you need calories but not nearly as much as everyone recons. Well..... according to Mike.

The only difference from getn ready for a show and bulking is your diet and the visual effect is completely different. It is definitely 70% of bodybuilding. If ur training is spot on,(it is very difficult to fuck up really...) then the training is the easy part. I tell my training partner every time we take the 120 shoulder press, *this is the fkn easy part*.
The dieting and correct supplementation and resting is the hard part.

I wouldnt say that buddy. Just saying to what i have read most, the best is in the glute and quads. Ur body absorbs it the fastest from there. If the guys want to site, that i will give advice on after they said they wanted to, i dont recomend.tnj wrote: Romp3l,why do you say you dont advise site injection to anyone? Is there any negatives that you know of?
U dont want a muscle to become funny shaped because u been siting too much and have nerve damage if u get what i mean.
