Girl asking some advice? was created by van der Schyff
Hey guys. Some of your posts have been really helpfull and was wondering whether you can give me some advice. I am 28, female, 59kg, 1.55. I have the normal belly / thigh fat and love handles that I am really struggling to get off. I have to admit that i like my food, don't really over eat myself, but eating the wrong foods (yes, yes I know - trying to sort that out) I do 30 minutes of cardio twice per week in the morning, and attend a "bootcamp" for women 3 times a week in the afternoons.
I have read comments on Heat, Reverzine, Clen, Sculpt, Beesting etc. What would you suggest I use (combo or not) to get rid of this, so that i can nicely fit in my bikini this holiday?

Leaving it a bit late, don't you think?
Over the longer term you'll probably have to look at some resistance training to help build some muscle. For best results do early morning cardio on a empty stomach with maybe a small amount of whey.
If you do cardio three times a week like this then you'll see some decent results, obviously while doing your resistance training.
In terms of fat burners, well for females if your diet isn't nearly perfect then nothing will help. I'm a big convert these days on Duramine which helps control your appetite the include a thermogenic fat burner like Heat(DJ) or Beesting which I still believe works better for woman.

To be able to see the best results you need to do a couple of basic things first.
- Get your diet in tip top shape
- Get your cardio up as i dont believe 30 min twice per week is enough, 30 min per session is good but try and get it up to about 3-4 times per week i would say. Only suggesting the hard cardio because of the timelines you mentioned in your post
not sure what you ment by a good "combo"?

Vega: Yes I know, I woke up a bit late on this
I am receiving a meal plan this afternoon - which I will really try to stick to (very adamant to get in shape). Would you rate Heat better than Reverzine/Sculpt?
Etwa: The "bootcamp" I am referring to three times a week - does that not count? Or is it best to do cardio in the mornings on those days as well?
It doesn't need to be a combo, I am just referring to a fatburner/s (specifically targetting my problem areas as in my previous post)which I can use that has been proven to work for females.

Not sure if it counts or not but what exactly is involved in the "bootcamp"?
at the end of the day to facilitate fatloss you need to ensure your calorie burn exceeds your calorie intake, also speak to DJ about your diet, perhaps he can help.
The kind of chemical fatburners i depend on is probably not something you would be interested in, i rely on diet, cardio and HGH.

I think reverzine is more suited to fine tuning a physique more than actual overall fat loss, IMO. So a combination of the two will be good but not Reverzine/Sculpt on its own.
As far as I understand this whole Bootcamp story is that its a lot of running around and stuff so basically super cardio, is this correct? If so then I would suggest extra cardio on those days. But I still believe that weight training should form part of your attempt to look sharp. Otherwise you'll just be skinny fat, basically thin with no muscle.

I'm the same height as you and I still had problem areas like you are referring to when I was at 54kg (even at 50kg I still had problems)...so adding on some muscle with resistance training will definately help you out, cardio alone wont fix it, also I find that HIIT cardio helps the most with my thighs
