NEED HELP!!!!

Hi Guys I'm on week two of my course ( Testaplex C200 and Deca ) and now have the flu, went to the Dr and advised that I'm currently on a course, he said it's cool and the course will help fight off the flu quicker, he said I should still continue with it. I have taken my last shot on Monday and haven't trained since. Do you think this would have a negative effect on my growth and when would be the best time to get back into gym???...need all the advise please>

Of course it will have a negative effect on your results, your body is under strain and sick. Rest it out til you feel 100%. The test and deca wont even be kicking in much yet so you wont miss much. I had a week out in my cycle due to flu, just dose yourself with vits B, C and D, and rest your body.

This is of course assuming this isnt just a case of test flu...?

Either way rest a bit, and keep your diet strong

This is a common thing that happens to a lot of guys including me on this forum.Your body just isn't fully adjusted to what it is receiving yet but you will get better soon if you follow spike's advise.
