Hey guys

On my Keto diet and freaking loving it. Today I was suppose to have an important meeting and was required to wear a suit. however, my fiancée unfortunately ironed the correct shirt and after my workout I discovered that the pants that was ironed for me was not my size 36 waist which I was wearing comfortably for the past few months. But rather my size 33 waist pants which wouldn't close or zip-up Xmas last year. I could not drive all the way back home, so I decided to put it not close it up and just use my belt to tie everything together as a quick fix. To my surprise, it closed. Not only did it close and zip up, but it was as comfortable, albeit a little tighter, than what my size 36 would fit. Awseome, awseome feeling!!!

Anyways guys, starting week 3 of the keto diet. Had my carb-up yesterday but to be honest, instead of going ape shit, I had no cravings whatsoever for chocolates, sweets, biscuits, ice cream. So I was productive and limited my fat intake to 80g for the day. Consumed about 400g of Carbs (mostly in the form of bread, veggies, did have 2 snickers bars, pasta) and about 220g of lean protein. Anyway, to ensure that the benefits from the Keto diet, im adding ancillaries today. Will be running clen and t3. Please note guys that im extremely sensitive to clen's effects on taurine in my body and I experience massive cramps, particularly during my workout. This event at 8g of taurine supplementation/day

I thought as a means of deriving the clen benefits without sacrificing the clen cramps during workouts, and more importantly SEX!!!, would a two-day on, two-day off cycle be ok? Ill be running a moderate T3 dosage throughout for the next 5 weeks and will probably be running some ketotifen (not sure on the SA equivalent) on the off days to limit beta-receptor down regulation

Would this be wasteful or should i rather increase the taurine dosage and run the clen on a two week off, two week on cycle?

Cheers guys

I run clen 2days on and 2days off, I prefer it over 2 weeks on and off. With the T3 you will need aas, clen won't be enough.

SA equivalent for keto is adco zetofen but if you run clen 2days/2weeks on and off you wont need it unless you alternate off days with heat.

10g taurine is usually enough but 8 should do...if you still experience cramps then up the taurine a bit

Thanks Sting

Im running 50mg tbol and 200 test C/week for the duration of the cycle. I still get massive cramps at 8g and going to 10g is just too expensive at the moment. Ill try the two day on and two day off protocol and run my major workouts on the offdays and the my cardio sessions on the on-days?

Maybe suggest to LSJ to get raw taurine, it's one of the cheapest amino acids available actually so maybe he can hook you up, has no yucky taste either.

Doesn't really matter which workouts you do with regards to on and off days, half life of clen is around 36 hrs so even on off days there is still clen in your system. Also if you're on keto, workouts are kept to low intensity so which you do on which days won't matter too much

Kudos for the advice again Sting

However, id rather supplement a low intensity cardio workout first thing in the morning with the addition of clen and do some weight training on the 2nd off day as to ensure that my taurine concentrations are at a reasonable level.
