Hi

I am an absolute newbie to the game of roids and need as much help and advice as possible.

Im 32, 1.79m and I weigh 89KG. I have been back at gym for about two weeks "feels great to be training again" .

After asking around at the local gym I have been advised to take anapolon for a six week cycly at 1 tab a day and some sort of fat burner?

ummmm no! go look in the cycle discussion section at what a first cycle should look like,its a sticky at the top of the list.

Worst possible advice I have heard. Who ever recommended that clearly doesn't know the first thing about steroids.

Please do us a favor read this site for a few days and then ask an educated question.

Im from a small town in the free state and the advise here is very sub standard?

Hey there newbie roid

Well if you want to get a decent eating plan just ask mr DJ. He charges for a custom diet but its worth it as alot of guys on this forum got excellent results. As for the training go to the download section and download the Max-ot training program and give it a bash, and see how it works for you.

Now that sounds like something out of the top ten of horrible cycles: 6 weeks on anapolin and a fatburner... I couldnt think of a worse synergistic pair

Um, but im scared of needles...

After doing some serios reading about the topic today I realise just how stupid and ignorant this so called guru is!

Its a shame that these people prone on the uninformed just caring about there wallets not realising that people and lifes are at stake here.

I think you should focus more on getting stronger for a few months, as your tendons will be under severe strain if you jump onto a cycle now without a solid foundation of training behind you

Last thing you want is your cycle cut short due to injury

At least you've realised that you've been duped by the supposed guru, now its up to you to do your homework. I always say that when it comes to injecting chemicals into your body its best to know and understand them yourself, not just simply rely on some other persons directions. Its your body and you're responsible for it

Its much appreciated. Will do loads of research in the mean time I will train like a man possessed. Waiting for a diet from DJ. sO ALL IS GOOD. BABY STEPS!
