i have been on sustanon 500mg/week for a couple weeks now - picked up 5kg so far.

what is the normal increase that happens with blood pressure when on a 12 week cycle.

how often should i get it checked?

Check daily, if you notice a problem, check multiple times a day. Some people don't get an increase in BP others do.

If you notice a increase in BP maybe try add a low dose of Letro 0.25mg every other day.

anything from 140/85 to 160/90 can occur depending on how your body reacts. If you have any dbol in your cycle your bp will def increase. Just keep a close eye on it like pump says.

I think a healthy bp is about 120/80 roughly depending on your age

Yeah dbol shoots my bp straight up to 160/100 and it is not a pleasant experience. Running letro like pump says works well for me. You'll know if your bp suddenly raises exceptionally, headaches that dont respond to aspirin, general fatique and feeling all round shitty
