Help for the new guy

PCT:
day 1-5: 40mg nolvadex
day 6-25 20mg nolvadex
Pregnyl to be injected every other day, 500ui's split into 2 doses, mornig and afternoon. so if you have pregnyl 5000uis then that should last you about 20 days.

thanks for all your help. i am placing my order today, so please have a look at how i will be doing my first cycle as well as pct and please let me know if this will be o.k for a first timer. also let me know for how many cycles this would be o.k.

week 1-2 dianabol 10mg twice a day and sust 1ml twice a week
week 3 Dianabol 20mg morning 1 1/2 hours before gym and 10mg later the day (same sust)
week 4-10 sust 1ml twice a week

pct will start in week 10 of cycle.

first week 40mg nolvadex and 20mg proviron per day
week 2-4 20mg nolvadex and 20mg proviron per day

do you think the dianabol dosage is high enough in my cycle. if used as explained above, it will just last for 3 weeks or should i buy more and use 30mg per day for 4 weeks?

what kinf of results can i expect. my current diet helps me maintain my weight and build. how much more protein and carbs must i get in to ensure great results. (currently 200g carbs and 140g protein through food and 100g protein through shakes per day)

hey bud.

Get more d-bolls so u can run it for 4 weeks at 30mg atleast. Maybe look at something like this

Week 1 - 4 d-boll 30mg ed
Week 1 - 10 Sustaplex 650mg a week split
Week 9 - 12 Proviron 40 - 60 mg ed
Week 13 Clomid 50mg ed
Week 14 - 16 Kessar 20mg ed

I would personally op for test enanthate at 300mg every sunday for 12weeks, frontload dbol at 40mg 4weeks thats it. Pct - 7days clomid at 100mg p/d and 40mg nolva first 7 days therafter 20mg p/d....done!

I did some research and found that if i keep my dosage of sustaplex below 500mg per week that i would not have any estrogenic side affects. would 500mg a week be o.k. i also read that sustaplex stays in the body for almost a month and that i shouldnt run cycles for longer than 6 weeks and only start with my pct meds 1-2 weeks after my last dose? can anyone help me with some info on this.

under 500mg will decrease chance of sides, but will also decrease gains. No guarantee on it tho. And six weeks or less is bullshit, that stuff will only be kicking in after about week 4 or 5

Is it true that it lasts for about 3 weeks after your last injection and if so, should i not start with the pct a week after the last injection. will stick to 2ml split for the week, but do you think it is necesary for prov and hcg if i stick to the lower dose dbol. i am working on a bit of a budget.

Well bud if ur a brave man u can do eod injections. That way u utilise the short ester better and then there is no need for d-bolls. And that way u save money.

EOD - Every Other Day

Started today with d-bol and got my first sustaplex injection. i am going to use 1ml twice a week. injection did not hurt at all. I am a bit lucky though. I have a nurse giving me the injections. got my first one in the but. heard some poeple do it in the legs. is there any reason for this? i just feel like someone punched me on the but.

do any of you know by what week i will start noticing a big difference?

you dont have to take it in the butt, you can just use the muscles next to them "your glutes"

Regarding ur other q, results from the dbol u should see roughly in ur second week and the test roughly 4 weeks.

Thanks for the serious answer. i must admit. I did not have enough funds for proviron, so i am sticking to 20mg dbol for week 1 and 2 and then up to 30mg for week 3-4.

cman - If you have enough Dbols then rather take 40mg per day for the first four weeks.

hope anyone can help. i was told i should use the 20g needle for the sustaplex and i have. Monday and thursday last week was my first 2 injections (glutes). however, the nurse was unable to help me on monday this week, so i had to give myself the injection and did it in the side of my hamstring. the injections itself does not hurt, but the 2 days afterwards are normally uncomfortable. the pain of the hamstring injection today is unbareble though. i am almost unable to walk up stairs. is it o.k to use a 23g needle? i am sure the pain afterwards wont be as great.

also wanted to find out. i have been on dbol for 9 days and havent really notices great strength increases. i have gained 3kg of what i think is water though. how would i know if the bright orange and yellow caps from liquid pharmaceuticals are the real stuff.

Uh, no wonder its painful.
I would NEVER inject my hamstring, and you could quite happily use 23 guage needles

thanks for the reply. any answers on the other q,s asked. i was told by the supplier that i should use the 23g needle for withrawing and the 20g for the injection. to be honest, it hurts like hell 2 days after injecting in the hamstring. what other places are easy do inject if you do it yourself.

Sho, hamstring shot eish!!!! I am more of a quad @ 22guage kinda guy. Give this a try, thick outer quad muscle with 1 1/2 inch needle. Should be close to painless @ a ml or 2.

I personbally have no trouble injecting my glutes and use 22/23 guage needles
