Spilled juice!!! was created by J.W.
So I'm on my first cycle now, thought I'd share this...
When I lifted the cap of my duraplex bottle to tare the top covering, the whole foilish rim that protects the "plug" came off as well :S . I knew it wasn't right, but though I'd manage anyway. So on the day of my very first injection I inject 1ml worth of air into the vile, as I've read everywhere. I turn it upside down to pull the 1ml deca and jip, you guessed it, the "pluggie" pops from the air pressure  . Now there's deca all over the place, I swear I though about licking it up  Spilled 3ml in the end and ended up buying another one. An expensive lesson learnt on my first cycle  Please tell me this has hapened to anyone else before...

I would not have used it at all either. Once the rubber stopper is broken or damaged it will most definitely get contaminated and you risk infection then.

Would rather have taken it back to your supplier to swap out for a new one.

Always good to judge your suppliers worth when they will come to the party due to manufacturing defects with their gear.

Let us know how the cycle goes and do some before and after stats as well.

Always nice to see guys progress through their cycles.

It happened to me on my first sust 1ml vial i tried to open... the whole thing just cracked!!!
I still battle to this day with 1ml Vials, and breaking the glass off.

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

The more you do it the easier it gets.
Best way for me is to take a straight edge knife and score the neck where the band is. Take a single piece of paper towel, hold the bottom and just snap the top.

As soon as you get the hang of it it's easy.

Where is the dot? facing you? My Doc used a file on some batches of Deca.

I have tried allot of different methods and find a straight edge knife is the best. One that is a little blunt. Never tried a file though.

The exact same thing has happened to me too, with a 10ml bottle of Test. I was not impressed at all, and only used what was already in the syringe.

As for snapping a vial ... if there is a dot, that is where it should crack, so bend away from the dot (if that makes sense).
On vials without dots, I've found that just rotating the vial a little bit and trying all around the neck, you will usually find a spot that breaks easy.
I have on an occasion crushed the whole vial in my hand trying too hard to force it to break.

As for filing it, that would probally work. Not so sure of using a straight edge knife, since glass is a lot harder than steel. A blunt one, with some knicks in might work :P

We used to take the bottom off dumie bottles with a 2c coin.
Insert the coin into the bottle and just spin around. Makes a nice groove where the bottle cracks cleanly after a light tap.

File will work.

Nowadays, people just break off the bottom of a dumpie on the side of a bar counter. :cheerswine

Something I forgot to mention with the Axio stuff, you must turn the plastic cap and then flip it.

If you look on the top you will see an arrow
