Quick question, and it might seem dumb...

BUT, Does gyno affect your results while on course??

Not saying i have Gyno... just asking.

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

Huh? does gyno affect what results while on what course?
Do u mean ,does gyno affect (what results, size strength?) your results while on a steroid cycle?(course?) Or is it golf course?lol? Yes, they will see ur nipples on the golf course in ur golf t-shirt...
U gota be clear mate.
Gyno, is serious. Not to be ashamed off,but u need to get some clomid and kessar to pause while u get help from a professional
(and not another bbuilder)ask ur doc and he will point u in the right direction for tests.

Gyno doesn't effect your results in the slightest, as i've said before I have had it, had it removed got it again and getting it removed again. Just not a nice thing to have as you strive for perfections as a bodybuilder and that throws you a curve ball.

Gyno is a result of excess estrogen.
A better question or more precise question would be, does excess estrogen affect gains.

If you ask it like that the answer is more apparent is it not?

It is not what car you drive, but the size of the arm hanging out the window.

haha, nicely said Netro :)

And then the answer would be yes, it effects your results, a certain amount of estrogen is required, supressing it to low would hinder gains and running to high effects the heart and blood pressure and causes you to turn into the oros man :P

Gyno aint going away with drugs, believe me on that, i've tried for a few years to get rid of mine... Go under the knife thats the only thing you can do... hmm, if you want to do lipo you can do it in the chair around 8k if you want to go under its around 14k and this will be done with your plastic surgeon, I can refer one if you want.

Or you can just use a general surgeon and he can scoop it out. They charge around 3/4k for their work and then you need to pay the hospital and anesthetist bill.

Medical aid will never cover it unless you can prove it is cancer which it wont be and then you land up with even bigger bills going for a mammogram.

Just except to pay around 15 - 20k every time you want it cut out... I hate throwing money away and specially having to do it twice... That's allot of gear I could have purchased, lol.

The cut is very small, and just around the top of your nipple, right on the line of your nipple and skin, recovery around 2/3 weeks, even after that a little saw to train anything where your hands are pressed over your head or up to your head, (upright rows / shoulder press, etc)

My stiches where dissolvable so that was great... nothing better than going to sleep with gyno and waking up looking good :)

Yo, I did mine at Sandton medi clinic. My fiance did her boobs at Flora clinic just off 14th avenue. Around 14k if you doing lypo and doing it under, or around 6/8k if you man enough to do it in the chair !!!

I did mine with a general surgeon and he is amazing, he only charges around 2.5k for the op however you are stuck with the BLOATED hospital charges.

I will be going back in the next month or so, I am just making sure my hormones have balanced out, don't want to go under and have a whole lot of free estrogen, etc.

Sweet

Letro can't help remove gyno completly, maybe a 10% however you have to know you body backwards to come off that stuff without causing a rebound. And no using Nolva after stopping the letro doesn't help I still get intense rebound and puffy nipples, even if I lower dose over a 1 month peroid.

Well, if you don't have any exsisting gyno I wouldn't think it would be much of a problem, but if you have exsisting gyno and would at least like to attempt the reversal of it with letro, I find nothing is possible. Every method I have tried the gyno has come back the same. I feel when I start to supress estrogen I just cause a whole lot more problems.

The trick is get the surgery, and then make sure you know your body and what is the max amount of anabolics you can consume without getting sides.

Mine is 400mg test -> 700mg eq -> 0.5mg letro. I also make sure I run masteron with that to aid even further.

Thanx pump will look into it. The thing is im still not sure if mine is pseudogyno or the real deal. Thereis quite abit of fat around my nipples and they look puffy when soft. Im busy keto'ing now and wanna see after im single digit how my nipple look. If its still puffy and the fat around my nipples are still there, well i guess its surgery then.

If u dont mind me asking how much was the bloated hospital bill. And did that include the guy that puts u under bill aswell?

thanx

Hmm, you can contact plastic surgeon David Elliott, he is at Flora Clinic, 011 679 4207 .

He does all the Teazer girls, Lee-ann Liebenberg, etc.

You look at around 8k as said in an above post for 1 hour lypo done in the chair (awake) or you looking at around 14k if you do it under and that is a day visit.

sorry to bump an old thread - but a quick question to 00pump

are u saying that if i am willing to go under the knife with local - i would end up paying in total (inclusive of surgeon costs - ie Dr Elliot whom u mentioned) R8k - assuming no lipo needed and just tissue to be removed??

Reason i ask is that i have a friend that requires the procedure to be done - he is willing to do it local but is concerned with costs and as to where the procedure is performed (theatre or in the surgeons rooms etc)

Hi

Yes, that is 8k which includes the lipo.

Give him a call and get your friend to make a consultation.
