For what it's worth, my personal experience with the LP letro is that
just 1 drop from the dropper E2D is effective. I tried 2 drops E2D
and it was too much and the side effects of no estrogen are very
noticeable and unpleasant.
Rather err on the side of caution and use too little instead of too
much, you can always increase the dose but give it at least a week.
There are clinical studies which show 20 micrograms (0.02mg) reduced
estrogen levels by a third in men. According to the label one drop
should be 100 micrograms (0.1 mg).
