Nothing wrong with that. There are many training splits around. You have to find the one that works for you.
When i was young i had a 3 day split with legs slap bang in the middle. Now its changed to most trained only once per week.

My program as example::
Monday - Back, calves
Tuesday - Shoulders,traps
Wednesday - Chest,abs
Thursday - Quads, hams, calves
Friday - Biceps, triceps
Saturday - Calves, abs, forearms
Sunday - rest
If everybody does it, is it still cheating?

If you train just to stay in shape you can go that route, but as for gaining muscle it won't work. You gotta concentrate on a big muscle group per day and then adding a small muscle like calves or abs to it.
My program as example::
Monday - Back, calves
Tuesday - Shoulders,traps
Wednesday - Chest,abs
Thursday - Quads, hams, calves
Friday - Biceps, triceps
Saturday - Calves, abs, forearms
Sunday - rest
Haha - thats pretty much my exact program too (dont train forearms specifically and calves once perweek only )
Monday - Back
Tuesday - Shoulders + traps
Wednesday - Chest + abs
Thursday - Quads + hams + calves
Friday - Biceps + triceps
Saturday - Long cardio + abs
Sunday - Long cardio

Mine looks more or less the same. Different days. I do legs in the middle to give my upperbody a break. If i do shoulders/traps directly before chest/Bis/Tris i'm buggered so shoulders move to Friday. Bi's Tri's and FOREARMS - try that. works like a bomb. Putting the Tri's inbetween gives them just enough time to recover from assisting Bi's.
Calves 3 times a week? Sjoe! My calves are still sore from last Monday. Normally twice a week is all i can get in.
Saturday is for catching up on extra legs if the leg day wasnt all that productive.

Try something called FST-7, it was designed too bring up your weak points and I swear by this. Hany Rambod is the creator of this program (Jay Cutler's trainer).
Switching over! Watched plenty Jay Cutler training vids lately and now i have the answer. Thanks!
PS. Karma as soon as the Yellow card expires for giving Inja karma because of that scientific answer to why you cannot mix Tren Ace and Test Prop.

Why are you training back and biceps together? You'll see a lot more growth if you hit your biceps once a week. My 2cJust the simple routine for me,
Monday - chest
Tuesday - back and biceps
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - shoulders
Friday - biceps and triceps
I change the sets and reps and programm almost every 3weeks... try to keep it interesting.

On Tuesday when I do back and Biceps... my main concern is Back, and as we all know, you train your biceps a little with back. I just incorparate 2 basic biceps exercises to end my session.
This wil also leave enough resting time for my biceps to hit them hard on Friday.
My Biceps is my weakest bodypart thus training them 1 1/2 times a week makes me feel that I have trained them properly during the week,
hope this makes sense...
