So we have:

320mg x2 per week = 1
640mg x1 per week = 0

Split dosage. Twice a week

Mon, wed and fri injections- 3times a week

0.7ml 3 times a week

This is not a democracy! We actually get shit done! Just had to throw that in there Because of the short esters in the supertest you have to inject it AT LEAST twice a week but ideally EOD.

We all know that!! Never used it before so wanted feedback from different people who've used it before to see what actually worked for them. Just in case you want to say "what works for one doesn't necessarilly work for the other.", I know that as well but it's my way of doing research before deciding on what dosage I'll feel comfortable at trying.

gives you 640mg a week. Dont rate the 0.1ml will result in to much change in blood plasma levels.

Same here, (pinned in quads) can’t walk for days..Just can’t use ST..even if I mix with Prop/Eq.

rather go for testocype for a boost. Supertest hurts like hell, it may cause inflammation to the muscle.

But you're right, some of the blends can hurt quite a lot more than test e or cyp

Just a quick question while on the subject of supertest 320mg.
For thise of you who used it before, did it also hurt you.
I injected 1ml on Sunday night, only the next morning my bum hurts like hell and was swollen. Tuesday and it still hurts and there is a big lump on my cheeck. I used PGW. Every thing was clean.
Please tell me about your experience.
Im currently on pain killers and something for imflamation. It help a bit.

Yes, on its own it hurt like a bitch!!! Had me almost in tears the 1st week, lol. I added a ml of 100mg deca to it to "dilute" and worked very well for me. No pain.

Yes it can become a real bitch to inject. What i do with all short esters is..

1. Warm up the oil, you will see the oil becomes very liquid in the syringe
2. Inject nice and slowly and hold the needle very stable.
3. Gently run your injection site for a few seconds in circular motions.

It doesn't have to be deca, it should just be a reasonably concentrated oil. 100mg/ml Deca is a very low concentration of Deca and hence why Wayne used that.

Mixing Equi with Supertest works like a Bomb, you don't feel a thing.

Mixing equi with anything and you dont feel a thing, not even gains

No just joking. Awesome compound but it takes forever to really work well. Much longer than 12 weeks

Agreed. I only really feel the equi working now. And I'm 20 weeks in.
